Welcome! We are so glad you’re here. We offer a variety of classes that will help you to add something new to your practice. We recommend the classes listed on this page.

At Namaste, you can practice your breathwork and visualization with meditation, work toward a deep core workout with a fusion of pilates and yoga, or challenge yourself to flow between sun salutations, standing, balancing, and seated postures. Even the most seasoned students can add something new to their practice at Namaste!
